Larry Kudlow and David Stockman worked together in the Reagan White House when Stockman was Director of the Office of Management and Budget, but the atmosphere was anything but collegial yesterday when Stockman appeared as a guest on Kudlow's CNBC talk show. The point of contention: Stockman's recent New York Times editorial blaming Republican supply-siders for the country's economic swoon.
