One doesn't usually associate Foreign Policy magazine with hilarity. But that's because the publication normally has the resources to go about its business of confusing everybody with coverage of complex issues. Today, however, the site is down, and the staff has nothing to do but sit sit around cracking jokes on Twitter. They launched the hashtag #articleswewouldbeprintingifourwebsiteworked, and are milking it to great effect. Some top picks: "@algore: How I broke the Internet," "Think Again: Cloud Computing," and our favorite, "Why print is the future of media." Go check it out for as long as it lasts.
