A district court judge in Boston Friday dismissed a second lawsuit by Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss against Facebook Friday, a month after the twins decided not to appeal a similar decision from a San Francisco court, Reuters's Jonathan Stempel reports. The Winkelvii, with business partner Divya Narendra, wanted a bigger settlement from Facebook than the $65 million they were awarded in 2008.

The Boston case had a slightly different argument than the San Francisco one--that Facebook had "intentionally or inadvertently suppressed evidence" during settlement negotiations. But U.S. District Judge Douglas Woodlock found that courts had already decided on the plaintiffs' substantive claims.
