Research in Motion, makers of the Blackberry, released a huge dump of foreboding news about the state of their struggling company today and it doesn't look good. They briefly stopped their stock from trading on the market, they have huge amounts of unloved Blackberrys sitting in storage, they're facing yet another quarter of losses, and they've hired JP Morgan and Royal Bank of Canada to advise their options -- often a sign of imminent sale.

All of this bad news has left people asking, is this the end for RIM? This all comes a day after news broke that they were looking at massive layoffs, we suggested then, and we only say more loudly now, if you work for RIM, you might need to start packing up your things.
