Citigroup Layoff Memo Reads Like a Bad Dilbert Joke

Citigroup announced a massive round of cuts this morning through a press release that seems to go out of its way to make no sense. One commenter thought she was reading Dilbert for a second. Darla Cook quoth:

"These actions will result in increased business efficiency, streamlined
operations and an optimized consumer footprint across geographies."

Dilbert fodder.

Pointy-haired boss wishes he could sound that incomprehensible.
