One day after @BurgerKing got their Twitter account hijacked, @Jeep has become the newest corporate victim of social media espionage. Around 1:30 p.m. Eastern on Tuesday, the account was taken over by what appears to be the same hackers who kidnapped the King's account—or at least a hacker who likes the same jokes. The images on their page were replaced by Cadillac logos and the all-caps heavy tweets include a lot of references to hacking group DFNTSC and rappers like Chief Keef. Observe:

We'll have to see if Jeep and Twitter can react faster than Burger King did yesterday, letting the shenanigans go on for more than an hour before their account was suspended. By the way, Burger King did eventually get their account back, plus an additional 30,000 followers or so.

Update (2:50 p.m.): It took awhile, but @Jeep is almost back to normal. The offending tweets are gone, but there's still some cleaning up to do. The big question is: Who will get hit tomorrow?

Update (3:00 p.m.): Gizmodo thinks they know who is behind it.
