If you're in Washington, D.C., you celebrate Elvis's birthday by convening a 1 hour and 14 minute panel to discuss Elvis's 1970 meeting with Nixon. Elvis apparently appeared at the White House gates with a hand-written letter, offering his services to work as an undercover federal agent. See the full discussion at C-SPAN here.
