Refs disallowed a goal in the U.S.-Algeria match on Wednesday, marking the second time the U.S. has had a goal thrown out in this year's World Cup. (The first occurred during last week's game with Slovenia.) Twitter was aflame within moments, and the Wire was there to track the fraying international relations in real time.
