Ricky Gervais tells Piers Morgan that hosting an awards show can go one of two ways: emceed by an insider who wants to pal around with his friends, or anchored by a host with perspective. Employing the tactics of an outsider, the co-creator of the "The Office" has garnered negative reviews for  making celebrity digs during Sunday's Golden Globes. His reaction: "no one has the right not to be offended."
