Strange Bedfellows

Sheen and Qaddafi: Both Nuts, Both on ABC

Ray Gustini 15 Views Feb 28, 2011
Memo to people who need new bookers: hire ABC's bookers.

In Tripoli today, the network's Christine Amanpour scored an exclusive sit-down interview with Libya's Muammar Qaddafi, presumably taking a break from constitution-thumping Al Jazeera appearances and ordering protesters bombed. The get comes two days after ABC's Andrea Canning taped an hour-long interview with Charlie Sheen, set to be broadcast on Tuesday's edition of 20/20.

The question is: will viewers be able to tell the difference between the two segments?
