Jon Stewart on Strauss-Kahn: 'Redistribution of Rape'

Jon Stewart last night got off some hilarious cracks regarding Dominique Strauss-Kahn and his apologists. As you know, Strauss-Kahn, the former director of the International Monetary Fund, got arrested on Saturday for allegedly trying to rape a maid in a Midtown Manhattan hotel. On Thursday he was indicted and granted bail, and on every day in between, people have weighed in with opinions on what the case means for women, the IMF, U.S.-France relations, and of course, Strauss-Kahn himself. Bernard Henri-Levy and (unexpectedly) Ben Stein rushed to his defense, and got some flack for doing so. But not like the flack Stewart can dish out, at least until last night. We don't want to ruin it for you, but keep your ears out for lines like, "he's not in the kind of raping shape he used to be," and "Turns out the hand of the market: very touchy feely." Classic.
