If NPR does lose its federal funding, the network can at least take comfort in the fact they went out in a blaze of secular humanist glory. To wit: the network's music blog is currently streaming the original cast recording of South Park's Trey Parker and Matt Stone's new Broadway musical, The Book of Mormon, in its entirety. It's the only musical in recent memory to feature both a bible shoved up a character's body cavity and, in the estimation of New York Times theater critic Ben Brantley, "a heart is as pure as that of a Rodgers and Hammerstein show."

For those needing a truly tasteless joke or catchy tune to brighten up their day, it's a can't miss proposition
