Here at The Atlantic Wire, we respect and value the social media editors who share the links that make our jobs easier. Sometimes, though, we have no idea what they're talking about. So after a day of staring at Twitter, we're sharing our favorite head-scratchers.

We agree. Also, her new movie looks pretty bad.

We love stories about the famous names that were almost cast in iconic roles, but this is tough to believe, not least because James Bond is English and probably wouldn't be fighting in the American Civil War.

We bet it's also a painful balm. Because of the sequins. They are not soothing--they are scratchy.

America's inanimate structures, on the other hand, have exceptional access to mental health care. It's why they always look nice.

Not the headless fatties in media, but the headless fatties depicted by the media. There's evidence that illustrating America's obesity problem with a graphic of a headless cartoon fat person makes real-life overweight people feel bad, and reinforces bad habits. We knew those headless cartoon blobs were up to something.

More like "ugh the tweet." Even Charles Dickens would be tired of "Tale of Two ____" headlines by now.
