Let's Celebrate the Dodd-Frank Act's Miserable First Birthday

Last night, The Daily Show ran a pointed segment highlighting a forgotten about piece of legislation: the 2010 Dodd-Frank Act (the one that would've regulated the financial industry). Standing in as a live incarnation of the bill -- who looks beaten to a pulp -- correspondent John Oliver launches into a Schoolhouse Rock-style explanation of the bill before Stewart cut him short with a "I'm sorry Dodd-Frank, what the hell happened to you?"
