The "Barefoot Bandit" Colton Harris-Moore, the 19-year-old fugitive arrested earlier this year for stealing cars, boats, and planes while shoeless, has signed away his life rights for a movie deal in exchange for $1.3 million, which is an unusually big sum for this type of movie deal, reports The Herald of Everett, Wash.
