Netflix, the video service with a stranglehold on your social life, has graciously granted users access to four years of supernatural melodramas and Gossip Girl streaming on demand. As The Hollywood Reporter relays, "CBS Corp. and Warner Bros. Television Group's CW said Thursday that they have struck a four-year licensing agreement with Netflix allowing the company to instantly watch previous seasons of scripted series that air on The CW from its current schedule through the 2014-2015 season." It begins for some existing shows on October 15th, this Saturday. While the dollar amount of the agreement doesn't look disclosed at this time, The Wrap teases an important business note from the press release: the deal is "non-exclusive, meaning the CW can still make its shows available through syndication and online."
