We respect and value the social media editors who share the links that make our job easier. But sometimes, we have no idea what they are talking about. So after a long day spent staring at Twitter, we're sharing our favorites. 

This tweet presumes that D.C. has good hot dog carts. Which it does not.

We wonder if Sherlock Holmes is really a paradigm of smart decision-making. What with the cocaine, social isolation and final days spent in the company of bees.

If Bill Belichick had a cooking show on public television, it would just be called Cooking With Bill Belichick. Or possibly Cooking Food with Bill Belichick.

TOO FAR.

The world's oldest dog -- much like the world's oldest person -- has a nasty habit of dying off early.

When you're worried about the Leaning Tower of Big Ben, you're pretty much putting the world on notice that you will worry about anything.

The apocalypse will not be rescheduled because of the weak sun. So if you were even considering not doing your climate change homework because you thought it might be moved, think again.

The most pressing online discussion of Corey Feldman's mortality we saw all day. We're sure there were others, possibly behind pay walls, but this was still terrific.
