What the Tweet?

Groundhogs, the Fountain of Youth, and Another Hero Dog

We respect and value the social media editors who share the links that make our job easier. But sometimes, we have no idea what they are talking about. So after a long day spent staring at Twitter, we're sharing our favorites.

We still say Punxsutawney Phil is beholden to no one, and certainly not to Punxsutawney's groundhog political machine. It's a small town: Phil may know General Beauregard Lee, but it's not like he's letting him pull the strings inside that little tree stump.

It's always the last place you look. Or, in this case, in fruit that grows in Chile.

Little late on this one: we just built a darkroom in our esophagus.

The Old Confederacy didn't do so well with saving the Old Confederacy. So there's that. Also, it wouldn't address the moon base-gate, or the ad gap. Other than that: game-changer.

We do heroic things all the time, we just don't have people filming us constantly, like every dog in the United States. Five minutes ago, we found a cobra in the coffee stirrers. Where's our brief hit of viral video fame?

Tough talk from a foreign country. But that is stark. Almost too stark for our taste. But they have their own way of doing things over there.
