Yes, The Daily Show went to The Park Slope Food Coop. Currently in the throes of a debate over whether to ban Israeli food at the Brooklyn grocery story, Samantha Bee talked to both the pro- and anti-boycott factions, giving each a thorough Daily Show treatment managing to yuppiely trivialize an internnational conflict by talking all about hummus. The Daily Show's segment was obviously produced before the vote last night. Jen Doll has a report on the meeting where the boycott proposal was struck down by a 2-to-1 margin.
