We respect and value the social media editors who share the links that make our job easier. But sometimes, we have no idea what they are talking about. So after a long day spent staring at Twitter, we're sharing our favorites.

There's something about the thought of Newt Gingrich unsuccessfully trying to bounce a giant rubber check into Utah that makes us smile. But we're suckers for giant bouncing check humor.

Humdrum hummus. Twitter word combination of the day, hands down.

The good news is that if yes wins, we won't see any more polls like this. People will just direct message their Twitter protocol doubts to their psychiatrist.

If ever a tweet called for Drudge Report's patented ALL CAPS formatting, it's this one.

On the day Rick Santorum stopped running for president, no less.
