Of course he's referring to the European Union, where topsy-turvy elections managed to install both Communists and neo-Nazis in Greece and a socialist in France. Europeans are pissed at austerity measures -- and are responding in elections appropriately. If only they could un-elect Germany from its de facto dominant position as the continent's largest economy.
