The New(ly trendy) Republic made a rather fun series of images (not a slideshow, much to some people's chagrin) pondering just how Tina Brown, whose scandalous Newsweek covers have become something of a media in-joke, would represent President Obama's same sex marriage endorsement. Brown's reaction to the slideshow that pretty much calls her a troll? A good-natured "LOL," (which, if you ask David Cameron, means "lots of love.")
Meanwhile we had some actual LOLs, clicking through TNR's suggestions. Most are a bit shoddy but we could actually see Newsweek running with this one of Biden and Obama locked in Benetton-esque kiss. Good one, TNR, now just learn to format your slideshows a little better, or better yet, eliminate them entirely.
