Compared to little blogs like ours, cable news networks have vast resources to cover international events like the G20 summit in Mexico. Like Jon Stewart on The Daily Show last night, we were a little disheartened to see CNN and MSNBC skip real coverage of the G20 summit in order to focus on the "chilly" body language between Barack Obama and Vladimir Putin. "Really? Body language?" Stewart asked. "We can really try and divine the status of international policy and negotiations the same way Mystery on The Pickup Artist lets nerds know if girls are into them?"
