We realize there's only so much time one can spend in a day watching new trailers, viral video clips, and shaky cell phone footage of people arguing on live television. This is why every day The Atlantic Wire highlights the videos that truly earn your five minutes (or less) of attention. Today:

Apropos of Madonna's birthday, here's Shaun Sperling circa 1992 doing tribute to the pop star by performing to her hit "Vogue" at his bar mitzvah. The entire event apparently had a Madonna theme, according to the video's description. It's pretty good, but how was his Torah portion?

Think you know how to eat a watermelon? Well, you don't. You are probably buying into the evil machinations of the Fork Cartel by using one of those awful utensils. You probably don't even know to add marshmallows and peanut butter. Jeez.

Stephen Colbert got new interns. They are recognizable, flexible, and can bring him a pen in a pretty impressive way. They're the Fierce Five. (Note: the Raisman-parents reference, and McKayla remaining not impressed.)

The next video, via Vulture, combines Star Wars and 30 Rock. Fun fact! Carrie Fisher made an appearance on the TV show.

Finally, what happens when the Animaniacs are paired with Skrillex? It ends up working kind of perfectly.
