American Horror Story Creator Ryan Murphy has swapped the Murder House for "The Asylum" and guess who's in charge. The first promo for FX's upcoming season of American Horror Story has popped up just in time to rinse from our brains the stagnant flavor that middling season of True Blood. (Seriously the mice running around was some sort of writers' inside joke, right?).

From the sepia-toned look, it's going to be spooky, right? You'll notice that give-her-every-award-possible-and-my-brother's-attendance-awards-she's-so-good Jessica Lange is back along with first season alums Zachary Quinto, Lily Rabe, Evan Peters, and Sarah Paulson. They all have new roles at this institution for the insane. The newbies include Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levin, Jenna Dewan Tatum (a.k.a. Mrs. Channing Tatum), and Chloë Sevigny. Enjoy:
