The star-studded concert for Hurricane Sandy relief is taking place at Madison Square Garden tonight, but you can watch it streaming here. The event starts at 7:30 p.m. Eastern and features performances from artists including Bruce Springsteen, Alicia Keys, and the Rolling Stones. You'll also see Paul McCartney play with Nirvana, apparently.
