--Ivory Coast's Laurent Gbagbo to French radio station RFI today, as reported by Reuters. Alassane Ouattara's forces have been attempting to capture Gbagbo, who is holed up in his residence in Abidjan, and reports have circled around potential plans for a negotiated ending to the political crisis in the Ivory Coast, in which both France and the U.N. have been involved.
