-- Khaled Kaim, Libya's deputy foreign minister and government spokesman, as quoted in the Washington Post, apparently in reference to Britain's decision to send military advisers in to help the rebels. Kaim communicated that the intervention of any armed personnel in Libya--regardless of their stated purpose--would be a clear violation of the U.N. Security Council resolution, and would be treated as military intervention by the Libyan government.
