The man who shot up the Utøya youth camp is Norwegian, the country's justice minister told the Associated Press. The shooting is linked to the bombing of the prime minister's office in Oslo Friday. Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg says nine or 10 people were killed at the camp--and police fear more--after a man described as tall, blond, and wearing a police uniform opened fire.

A 32-year-old man is connected to both the bombing and the shooting, and it's looking less likely that international terrorists were involved in the plot, The Guardian reports.
