Prosecutors in the Dominique Strauss-Kahn case have agreed to his release on his own recognizance, Bloomberg reports. If true, that means he'll be able to leave the court-ordered sequestration at his TriBeCa townhouse, do away with the 24-hour security he's currently paying for, and return to his home in Washington, D.C. Though as the Telegraph's Jon Swaine notes, his passport will probably be witheld.
Update (11:10 a.m.): The New York Daily News has reported that the court will return the $1 million bail and $5 million bond Strauss-Kahn posted in order to be let out of Rikers Island jail and placed on house arrest.
