A small earthquake hit the Fukushima prefecture of Japan early on Wednesday at about 2 a.m. local time, registering 5.2 on the richter scale. That's a lot smaller than the one that hit in March, but it's still a stiff temblor. For comparison, the quake that hit the East Coast in August was 5.8. According to the Associated Press, the latest Japan quake's "epicenter was on the coast near the town of Iwaki, 115 miles north of Tokyo." That's about 70 miles from the Fukushima nuclear facility, the AP notes.
