Dominique Strauss-Kahn is due to leave French police custody early, but he's not out of trouble yet as the investigation into whether he participated in procuring prostitutes for what he called in his autobiography "libertine parties" continues. The news of his impending release Wednesday just broke, and one of the first to it was the French version of Huffington Post, headed by Strauss-Kahn's wife, Anne Sinclair. The AFP story on the site says Strauss-Kahn was to be held until Thursday but he's getting out Wednesday evening instead. Strauss-Kahn will have to come before the court again at a later, unspecified date, and might even have to go back into police custody as the investigation continues.
