As Israel's ambassador to Thailand connected the explosions there to recent attacks in India and Georgia, escalating the war-like rhetoric as Malaysian police arrested a third Iranian suspect in the Bangkok blasts on Wednesday. They nabbed the 31-year-old man at the airport in Kuala Lumpur just before he boarded a plane bound for Iran, Malaysia Star reports.

Meanwhile, Israel's ambassador to Thailand, Itzhak Shoham, said police in Bangkok had found magnetic bombs that could be stuck to vehicles, "similar to the ones used in Dehli and Tbilisi" amid the crime scene where a cache of explosives went off in a house on Tuesday. "From that we can assume that there is the same network of terror," Shoham said. On Wednesday, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu warned of spreading violence in an address to Israel's parliament, the AP reported: "If this aggression isn't halted, ultimately it will spread to many other countries." Israel and Iran appear to be in a proxy war, as The Atlantic Wire's John Hudson pointed out on Tuesday, and Israel had already started blaming Iran for the Bangkok blasts before evidence was available.
