Four people, including three children, are reported dead after a shooting outside a Jewish school in France, in an attack that resembles the murders of three French soldiers last week. Witness claimed that a gunman riding a scooter or motorcycle opened fire at the Ozar Hatorah school in Toulouse, as parents and children were arriving for the day on Monday. The shooter reportedly hit at least five people, killing a teacher, his six-year-old daughter, and another 17-year-old boy. Two others were wounded and rushed to the hospital, where one child later died.

Last Sunday, a man on a motorcycle killed an off-duty French paratrooper on the streets of Toulouse, and days later three more soldiers were shot in the near by town of Montauban. No motive or suspects have found to link the shootings — though the some physical evidence appears to connect them — but given the similarities in the method of attack and proximity, residents believe they may be linked. According to the BBC, the soldiers who were shot were all ethnic minorities, suggesting they may have been targeted for their race and not their profession.
