An SUV transporting U.S. consulate employees in Peshawar, Pakistan was rammed into by a suicide bomber in an SUV packed with explosives on Monday morning, according to reports. Pakistan's Information Minister Iftikhar Hussain originally reported the deaths of two Americans in the attack, but State Department officials denied that. Four consulate employees were injured in the attack: two American and two Pakistani employees. The New York Times reports the attacking vehicle had over 200 pounds of explosives inside of it. At this point, no one has claimed responsibility for the attack. Local police said two Pakistani civilians were killed and 25 others were injured. The area of town the attack took place in is where several foreign agencies have offices, including the U.N.
