Unless you want to get the crap kicked out of you by every member of his crew. And, as one unlucky would-be assassin found out Saturday, the leader of Bulgaria's Turkish party rolls deep.  Oh, did we mention the whole thing was caught on tape?

Reuters reports a man jumped out of the crowd and pointed a gun at the head of Ahmed Dogan, the leader of Bulgaria's Movement for Rights and Freedoms (MRF), during a televised press conference. The guy tried to assassinate him in a room full of people, and on live television. Thankfully, the gun jammed -- or misfired, it's unclear -- and prevented a gruesome scene from playing out. He was using a gas pistol, which normally can't kill someone, but when fired at close range can do serious damage. Dogan escaped unharmed.

The other guy? Well, the same can't be said for him. Security officials tackled 25-year-old Oktai Enimehmedov to the floor and then beat him like there's no tomorrow. He gets punched in head repeatedly. They stomp on his ribs. They stomp on his head. There's a particularly nasty set of punches that land clean to his face in the middle of the video that look like they might hurt a little the next morning. This is what he looked like afterwards, courtesy of Reuters:
