Bono's Hazy Tribute to Sargent Shriver Confounds Twitter

U2 frontman Bono has an op-ed in today's New York Times on the life and legacy of Sargent Shriver. As one one would expect, it is full of Bono-y proclamations about Shriver's "diamond intelligence" and recognition of "love as a brave act." For good measure, he also shares what he was thinking during the first moon landing ("Here is a nation that finds joy in the impossible") and quotes the first two verses of Make Me A Channel Of Your Peace in their entirety.
