Remember the cat who possibly walked from Colorado to New York but then, it turned out, flew here as a pet stray? Of course you do. Well Willow, who showed up at a shelter earlier this month with an implanted microchip identifying her as a five-year runaway from Colorado, has moved back in with her original family, the Squireses. They got to go on the Today Show for the big reunion. According to Gothamist, which traced the cat's path from Colorado to New York with the help of a tipster, the family wants to start a foundation to promote microchip implants, and mom Jamie is planning a children's book about Willow's adventure. Not bad for a shelter cat. Not bad at all.
