The Secret Service has arrested Oscar Ramiro Ortega-Hernandez, a suspect for this morning's White House shooting, at a hotel near Indiana, Penslyvania. CBS News' most recent report says that the window which one of the bullets hit is outside the Yellow Oval Room, which "is in the middle of [the Obamas'] living quarters on the floor that includes the president's bedroom and the Lincoln Bedroom." The police had connected Ortega-Hernandez to a shooting last Friday. Though these bullets haven't been conclusive connected to that incident, the Pennyslvania State Police has taken him into custody.
Update 3:41 p.m: Ortega Hernandez may have spent time at Occupy DC protests, ABC News reports. This could present an "image problem" for the movement, if true, points out Politico's Ben Smith.
