Meet Jay-Z's Old Lady on the Subway, a Legend in Her Own Right
A jury convicted the guy accused of plotting to bomb the New York subway system Tuesday, putting an end to what has seemed like a relatively quiet trial.
Adis Medunjanin was found guilty of conspiring to use weapons of mass destruction and conspiring to give information to Al Qaeda after he and two friends plotted a suicide bombing in 2009. New York Times opinion editor Andrew Rosenthal has noted that the hooplah surrounding the trial has actually been surprisingly muted, given the nature of his attempted crimes.
