Were there a few too many clouds in your sky yesterday? Did you not have the right telescope or glasses? Or did you simply forget that yesterday was the last Venus Transit for the next 105 years? This amazing NASA video should have you covered.

This 40 second video, courtesy of the Solar Dynamics Observatory, compresses seven hours or so of footage of the planet Venus passing between Earth and the sun into an easy to digest format. There are plenty more where that came from too, from every possible angle, speed, and visual wavelength. It's also much easier on the eyes than trying to stare at a blinding ball of gas all day.
