The federal judge who dismissed Lance Armstrong's lawsuit seeking an injunction against a USADA investigation into doping allegations against the champion cyclist didn't actually use the word "troll" but he might as well have. U.S. District Judge Sam Sparks, of the Western District of Texas, tossed out the suit on Monday evening, just hours after Armstrong filed it, The Associated Press's Jim Vertuno reports: "He criticized Armstrong's attorneys for filing an 80-page complaint the judge says seems more intended to whip up public opinion for his case than focus on the legal argument."

We're no lawyers, but a glance at Armstrong's complaint does reveal some pretty troll-ish allegations. For example, there's a fair amount relating to Armstrong's personal beef with Travis Tygart, the head of the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency, who he's previously accused of having a personal vendetta against him:

Armstrong can re-file his suit in 20 days but he'll have to narrow the focus to legal issues rather than who's out to "get" him.
