We realize there's only so much time one can spend in a day watching new trailers, viral video clips, and shaky cell phone footage of people arguing on live television. This is why every day The Atlantic Wire highlights the videos that truly earn your five minutes (or less) of attention. Today:

Are we done with this Chick-fil-A mess yet? Do people still care? Can chicken just go back to being delicious and bigotry-free? Okay, fine, maybe the controversy isn't dead, but if you're going to protest, at least do what straight actor Skyler Stone did and entertain us: 

We're not even going to pretend that we know anything about zoology or the magic of why owls don't move their heads. Do the same--it'll help you appreciate this video that much more:

So just like we're hypnotized by that owl up there, we move on to cats and laser pointers. Check out this video by the band Nobody Beats the Drum, and the amazingness that comes at about 2:57. (Seriously, stick through the slow buildup, or mute it if your heart desires, but dont miss out on the cat frenzy.)

Slate points us to Mark Hamill's Star Wars screen test/audition/reading with Harrison Ford.  "In addition to showing off the chops that got Hamill the part—they don’t always come through in the final film, but here he’s remarkably natural," writes Forrest Wickman, whose words might start a nerd fight. Our take? Wait till about 4:08 for a George Lucas cameo (his voice anyway) and perhaps Hamill's (well one of them anyway) moment of truth:
