Top Stories: Frank Schubert has "masterminded" many efforts to fight gay marriage, including Proposition 8 in California, and is now the chief strategist working to strike it down in four states. 

World: The U.S. military "secretly" sent a task force to Jordan to help handle the influx of Syrian refugees. 

Politics: As Romney warns about China costing the U.S. manufacturing jobs, he "has as much as $2.25 million invested in three Bain funds with large stakes in Asimco and at least seven other Chinese businesses, according to his 2012 candidate financial disclosure and other documents."
