Bill O'Reilly is more reasonable and well-informed than he gets credit for, a fact he diligently conceals with moments where he comes off like someone who just spent 20 years napping in the Catskills. Case in point: this clip from last night's show, in which he takes the recess appointment of Dr. Donald Berwick as a sign Barack Obama is in fact "a liberal guy" (O'Reilly's words). He might just be onto something, but his own recent defenses of the president against Sarah Palin and Michelle Bachmann make one wonder: where exactly does that put O'Reilly?
