Morning Vid: Howard Dean Gets A Few Things Off His Chest

There's always the hint of danger and madness lurking just below the surface of any Howard Dean TV appearance, and yesterday's stint on Fox News Sunday was no exception. In the space of four minutes, he throws the White House under a bus, shoots down the notion of black racism, accuses anonymous Fox staffers of not doing their job, uses the word "crap" on live television and lets it be known he doesn't think Chris Wallace, the show's host, is racist. Oh, and he also endorses Newt Gingrich for president. In other words, it was vintage Dean:
