New York Representative Anthony Weiner's meltdown on the floor of the House last month after the failure of an aid bill for 9/11 first responders made him a media darling. But it's going to take more than flared nostrils for Weiner to win over a skeptical Joe Scarborough. On MSNBC this morning, Scarborough peppered Weiner with a rundown of the various arguments made against the legislation. The litany of criticism wore on Weiner's good humor. "Do you have any idea how mind-numbingly tedious this sounds?" he asks Scarborough. Even when he's bored to crankiness, Anthony Weiner makes sparks fly.
