Mitt Romney Has Stallone's Back

Slyvester Stallone, suddenly-relevant as a neo-conservative pundit, recently appeared on Fox News with Bill O'Reilly to promote his action-figure mash-up movie, The Expendables. In a humorous interview, the venerable movie star expressed his opinion that America "apologizes too much" for its military and mission abroad. And when O'Reilly asked him if there was some sort of secret patriotic agenda to his film, Stallone just laughed it off saying that, "I wished I was that clever."

Rambo may have found a clever compatriot after that interview. Former Massachusetts governor and potential GOP presidential candidate Mitt Romney, musing on Twitter, voiced his approval of Stallone's "apology" comments, saying that, "Stallone is right. US does apologize too much." And then elaborating "Hope he doesn't get in trouble with Hollywood friends."
