This Daily Show clip was inevitable: after lampooning Congress's emergency session/Charlie Rangel's infamous rant with a few strategically spliced clips, Jon Stewart nevertheless gives credit to the embattled Congressman for "commandeering the House floor like that." He even pulls out his trademark accent to illustrate just what was going through Rangel's head: "I had a magic 8 ball that said, 'signs point to no'...so I said...'screw it I'll do it'."
