Twitter Baffled, Amused By Charlie Rangel's 'Trainwreck' Speech

Against his lawyer's advice, embattled New York Congressman Charlie Rangel took to the House floor this afternoon to defend himself against corruption allegations. The Associated Press called the ensuing speech "extraordinary." Twitter had a somewhat different reaction.
